No contractor relationship
This site is operated by Unalogix, LLC, 5900 Balcones Dr, Ste 100, Austin, TX 78731, as an emergency call dispatch service. We are not a plumbing or HVAC contractor. We do not employ, supervise, or control the contractors who take calls placed through the numbers on this site, and we do not guarantee their work, their pricing, or their arrival time.
Verify licensing yourself
Contractors receiving calls represent that they hold the licenses and insurance required in their state. You should still confirm license status with your state licensing board before work begins. In Arizona that is the Registrar of Contractors. In Texas it is the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners for plumbing and the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation for air conditioning.
Emergency guidance
The instructions on these pages are general and are not a substitute for professional judgment. If you smell gas, see fire, or believe anyone is in danger, leave the building and call 911 and your utility before you call anyone else.
Pricing
All pricing is set by the contractor, not by us. Any figure mentioned on this site is a general market range, not a quote.
